- Requests need to include the following information:
- Description of mission, population, and situation of organization, hospital or location
- Description of services offered
- Specific list of needs
- Contact person
- Priority will be given to
- Areas in with greatest need/poverty/lack of resources
- Locations that solicit first
- Locations that have history of complete compliance
- General consideration will be given to:
- NPOs, missions & other organizations
- Hospitals
- Clinics
- Health promoters
- EMS Providers
- Special notes:
- Target donations: Specific items may be located in the US and tagged immediately for a specific location requesting such.
- In-country company representation: (accessories/chemicals) Only equipment with service and support available in area will be accepted.
- Buying equipment & supplies to make complete donations: If partial donations are obtained the options to purchase and provide a complete set will be given to the beneficiary.
- Consumable replenishment: Consideration will be given to maintain a constant stock of supplies.
- Emergency Preparedness: Emergency situation like earthquakes, hurricanes, and floods.
- Rules:
- Donations are to be given to locations/institutions, not private persons
- Donations are to be entered into the master inventory
- Locations will allow tours for periodical checks on the donations and use
- Donations are not to be sold
- Letter of receipt of donations
